    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    The delivery charges depend upon various aspects of the order as well as the characteristics of the product. If it is a long-distance shipment then we have to charge as per the distance method of the courier. For orders exceeding 30,000 in the local areas, we provide free shipping delivery. For highly fragile products we have to add fragility care cost to the product to ensure the product reaches you safe and intact.

    How long will delivery take?

    The delivery period will take between 1 or 2 working days for the local areas. For longer distance shipments it depends upon the courier transport speed which is usually between 2 to 4 working days and may sometimes extend further during COVID lockdown and festivals.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    When our customers place an order, the customer support team instantly get notified of the order details. Simultaneously, customers receive an SMS and email with details of their order and a tracking id to check their order status in the online store. Track your order here

    How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

    The newsletter button is placed at the top bar of the website so that customers can access it from all the pages. One has to provide their email id and submit it to get registered to the newsletter.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    We provide the sales receipt in hand with the shipment as well through email when the payment has been successfully completed.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    Customers can easily use the gift receipt option by indicating it in the additional information field before checking out the product so that we can modify the receipt when the gift gets shipped.

    Customers can make the shipping process easier by filling out the address and contact details with utmost clarity so that we can ship to any location you want within the eastern development region.

    What are the payment methods available?

    Payments can be done with cash on delivery or online methods like Esewa, IME pay, Fone Pay and Himalayan Bank

    Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    Yes of course customers from abroad can place such orders by entering the shipping details of the customer who will receive the product in Nepal.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    The product images are well mapped to their respective products therefore you will always get to view the right image. Moreover, we are exceptionally careful during processing our customer’s order with the aim that the right product is shipped with zero confusions.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Yes, of course, the items indicated as out of stock will be restocked as per the customer demands unless the company stops manufacturing them. We also provide the functionality to place an order for specific items that have to be imported from the company by indicating it as “backorder”, which will be clearly displayed alongside such products. None the least you can make use of the wish list functionality if the item is not available for backorder.
